Basic Troubleshooting
- Confirm that your Mac is running macOS 13.0 or later.
- Install the latest EditWall update available in the App Store.
- Restart EditWall, then restart your Mac if the issue continues.
- Check that the original photo files are still available in their expected local folders.
- If an import or export fails, try a smaller batch and note the file format involved.
Compatibility
EditWall supports macOS 13.0 or later on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The current release is designed for local workflows and does not require a cloud account.
