Using EditWall

EditWall is provided to help photographers organize, compare, sequence, and export photo projects. You are responsible for your own files, projects, backups, and creative decisions.

You may use EditWall only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

Purchases and App Store License

If you download or purchase EditWall through the Apple App Store, payment, refunds, subscriptions, family sharing, and account management are handled by Apple under Apple terms.

Unless a separate license is provided in App Store Connect, your use of the App Store version of EditWall is licensed under Apple's standard end user license agreement.

Your Content

You keep ownership of your photos, projects, exports, and other content. EditWall does not claim ownership of your creative work.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to use, edit, export, publish, or share your content.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, copy, modify, or reverse engineer EditWall.
  • Do not use EditWall to violate another person's rights.
  • Do not interfere with the website, app, or related services.
  • Do not use support channels for abusive or unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

EditWall, the EditWall name, logo, website, app design, and related materials are owned by EditWall or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of EditWall intellectual property.

Support and Availability

We aim to keep EditWall useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every file, workflow, device, or future operating system version.

Disclaimers and Liability

EditWall is provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, EditWall will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
